Big Leg has solved the problem - no wobbles, no shakes!

We have felt for some time that an affordable high quality router-equipment table just wasn't available to the home wood worker.

We got together, set our design objectives, and soon agreed that our table system would be versatile and able to accommodate many types of power tools as well as providing a sturdy platform for a router with a precision fence.

Some of our design features include:

  • Legs are fully welded
  • 1-1/2" x 1- 1/2" square tubing finished with a tough powder coat paint.
  • Levelers or caster sockets are welded in place.
  • Z bar stringers are wrapped around the square tubed table legs providing a locking action which effectively prevents a table from racking or shifting.

Note: These table legs are also designed to accommodate precision routing systems from Jointech and Incra.

Router/Equipment Table Legs (TL-1)

  • With Locking Casters


    Note    : Benchtop not included. (See TT-1 below)

  • This caster brake locking system really locks! Our superior caster brake works by applying positive locking pressure to the top of the wheel, rather than just crowding the side of the wheel.
  • The overall height is 35" when using a one inch thick bench top.
  • Easy assembly! (four 3/8" #16 bolts)

Router/Equipment Table Legs (TL-2)

  • With Polyurethane Levelers


    Note    : Benchtop not included. (See TT-1 below)

  • Our oversized custom-made polyurethane sure-grip leveling pads provide 1" of height adjustment, and grip no matter how irregular the concrete or wood floor. We are sure you will agree they are far superior to the small hard plastic levelers found on other leg sets.
  • An ideal top for this bench is our 1" x 24" x 30" hardwood, as seen below, or simply make your own. The versatility of this Bigleg Equip. Table allows mounting a wide variety of power tools, or it makes a stable platform as a work station for hand tool work.
  • Easy assembly! (four 3/8" #16 bolts)

Router/Equipment Table Top (TT-1)

  • Hardwood Benchtop Only.

  • Our high quality custom made benchtop blanks are made from Western Red Alder, which is similar to Birch, Cherry, or Maple. Made from edge-glued finger-jointed panels and sanded to 80 grit or finer, each benchtop has a beautiful, natural grain. We use a PVA waterproof adhesive, which is also resistant to heat. The finger-jointed construction is extremely stable to resist warping or twisting.
  • This 1"x 24"x 30" unfinished benchtop blank is the perfect companion to use with the router / equipment table legs and the power tools shown on this site, and for many other general applications.
